The Travel Tree

I call this my "Travel Tree." I started it some years ago. I document places I am blessed to visit with an ornament. It is one of Hobby Lobby's pre-lit pine trees. I usually put this one in our bedroom. I just picked out a few to share with you.

Florence, Italy

British Columbia, Canada

San Francisco

Rocky Mountain National Park -- Colorado

I have hooked up to Keelie's TWOC.

Twelve Weeks of Christmas

  1. What a cute idea!! We have travel ornaments on our main tree, but what fun to have them all on one tree. I like that idea a lot! One of my other blogger friends posted a picture today of her kitchen Christmas tree. It was adorable too. Too many wonderful ideas out there in the blog world. Love & blessings from NC!

  4. I love it! We get ornaments when we travel too, only I collect all Santa! One of my favorites was when my husband surprised me our first Christmas with one from St. Lucia where we honeymooned it was Santa on the beach. I have a Harrods ornament too!!!

  5. That's a neat idea. Unwrapping the ornaments each year must bring lots of fond memories. Wishing you a great day Diana.

  8. What a wonderful idea. btw - I'm doing okay. Starting to get into the spirit of Christmas. With both boys being gone, it's a little tough, yet I still have C at home and 3 grandchildren coming. Hugs

  9. I absolutely love this idea! I'm so picky with ornaments but I always make sure to get one from wherever we go (which actually isn't that many places!). That is so special - I'm glad you shared that ~ ♥
