Babysitting

While Papa and I were babysitting, we kept Marlow and Jackson busy. First, we went to the park to play where we also had a picnic. Later, we had naps followed by pool time!

New Kitchen Toys 

Back in March, I got my air fryer. I use it all the time! I do lots of roasting, baking, air frying, and reheating with it. Earlier this month I got on the instant pot train. I love it, too. Summer months are definitely prime time to use these appliances to avoid heating up the kitchen. 

 Dr. Mickey

Today was Rick's annual neurology appointment. We went to Dallas for the MRI. On the way home, we picked us some lunch through the drive through. When we got back home, we had a video conference with Dr. Mickey. The MRI was good and showed no regrowth of the tumor. Praise God!

We just can't say enough good things about Dr. Mickey. What an awesome person and doctor! See you next year.

 Great Garden

Thanks to Justin and Jerry's help we have a great, vegetable-producing garden this year. The rain, tilling, hand watering, and hoeing have all come at just the right times!

 Jared's Birthday

Jared turned 39 this past weekend. He celebrated at the lake with family and friends. Happy birthday!
