Snowman Soup and Scripture

I was told that you’d been good this year
Always glad to hear it.
With freezing weather drawing near
You’ll need to warm the spirit
So here’s a little Snowman Soup
Complete with stirring stick
Add hot water, stir it slowly
It’s sure to do the trick!

Ingredients: Hot chocolate mix,
Snowballs, Snowman kisses and
Stirring stick

This was a great Saturday afternoon project for Jonah. He did all the counting, sorting, bagging, etc. I typed out the labels for him.

Let It Snow!

The Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. (1 John 4: 14)

  1. oh, how awesome that you did that together with Jonah, and great scripture and song. Jase is always walking in the room as I click on your blog. He hears a great song, and says, "What's this?", To which, I always reply,
    "Mrs. Ferguson's blog!"
Merry Christmas to you and your family. I think I've already said that, and will probably be saying it to you again before Christmas Day!

  2. Oh, such a sweetheart. What a fun project to do together.

  3. What fun! sounds like you had a great time. I think I need to try some of that snowman soup.

  4. What a great idea! I will do this with my boys!

  5. This is precious. I don't have little ones anymore, but I do have four grandchildren. This is a great idea. I'm with Debbie above, I think I need to try some of that snowman soup as well!

  6. What a cute idea....and a fun project to do together! Sweet pictures!

  7. Diana, thanks for leaving tracks on my blog so I could find you. What is it about Texas gals? I moved to the Midwest 15 years ago from Dallas. I love to keep in touch with 'my people'. :D
I'll be following. You have a great little helper there, and a very nice idea for gifts.
    Toodles, Debbie

  8. Oh! Diana,
What a wonderful memory you have made with Jonah, both you and him will cherish this forever, than you for sharing this. And the beautiful scripture.

  9. This is such a great project! I love it. Will likely have our g-kids here when school is out and that would be a great project for us to work on.

  10. Hi Diana - good to meet you! I'll be adding you to my blogroll so I can visit you again! Such a pretty blog and a sweet time with your little grandson. You have a lovely family.

Thanks for visiting! I see you've met Debbie at Of His Pasture. We Texas gals have to stick together, don't we!!!
