Ice Fishing (But Not Me)

I just had to document this trip even though it was not my trip. Justin, Chad, and some other buddies all went on a guys' trip to Minnesota to meet up with Greg for an ice fishing tournament. Justin said there were 10,000 guys all out on the frozen lake fishing (and partying). The lows hovered around minus 27 degrees each morning! I can't fathom those kind of temps! They had a great time, and I believe plans are already being made for next year.

Jonah's Science Fair

Papa and I went to Jonah's science fair yesterday. He did a great job on his project as well as the presentation to the group. He's grown so much this past year. We look forward to many more opportunities to see him involved in school activities.

Fun Weekend

Jenna, Jared, and the kiddos came Friday afternoon. Justin, Keelie, Jared, and Jenna went out for an early birthday dinner for Keelie; we kept the kids. Yesterday, we woke up to a light, pretty snow.

Last night, we all had a meal together at the house. Then we played a new card game.

Today, Jenna and the family went to church and lunch with us. Then they had to head home. It was a great weekend!

Our First RV Trip of 2019

Rick and I welcomed in the first week of the new year with a camping trip. We went to Riverview in Colbert for five days. We had some great weather.
