Walking in "Comfort"
Comfort, Texas is a popular tourist area along the Guadalupe River established by German settlers years ago. We drove the short distance from Fredericksburg to check it out. We had such a great time walking the streets of the quaint little town checking out all the antique shops and historical buildings.

Our First Day of Spring Here in North Texas
what a cute little town....I need to add it to my road trip list...
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Comfort, I'll have to check it out. Looks like a neat little town. One of my favorites is Gruene/New Braunfels. And of course, Wimberly. Sounds like you had a great week! And I could not believe the weather yesterday, it was horrid. But at least we didn't get snow - geez! Kathy

Have a great week ahead. [oh and I'm such a wuss when it comes to snow anymore, I'd much prefer basking in the tropical sun along the coast. LOL]
PS...I'm now following your blog. Hope you don't mind.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat place! You had more snow in Texas than we had in the Midwest on the first day of Spring. I might as well stay here! Debbie
