The Dreaded "S" Word!

I’ve been there before. Didn’t really want to have to go back. Said I wouldn’t. However...... No options! No choice!

Sinus surgery is no fun. Some of you may have experienced this, too. I did many years ago, but not so many that I have forgotten the dreadful thing. They say the techniques have improved. That is to be seen. I just remember what it was like the first time around. Whew!

So…….would you, could you say a prayer for me? I’m having it done tomorrow.

I am trusting God to give me a great experience this time—complete with a super talented doctor, a great nurse, ease of coming out of the sleeping state, meds that work when called upon, and finally, the results to keep me free from all those rotten infections one after another. I'll be back soon.

Jenna had recently put in for a schedule change.
She had worked in ICU on nights for three years.
She is -- as of yesterday -- on days!!
WOOHOO!

    Dear Dianna, What a drag that you are having to go through this again but hopefully this will be your last time-maybe the easiest time ever. I have a good friend who has had it done three times....yuck. I'll be upholding you for a speedy and safe procedure and quick recovery.

    I hate that you have to have surgery again, but it sounds like you have a positive attitude about it and that helps a whole lot. I will be praying and believing for all the things you spoke about in your post.

    Oh honey, I hope you feel better soon. There's nothing worse than sinus pain. Makes every part of your face ache. Hopefully this surgery will be the one to make it all better.

    I will say a prayer for you...it will go well. I had it done29 years ago and it has really helped over the years to allow my sinus to drain right. :D
