This is a family favorite recipe. Naturally, when I got my first cute little zucchini yesterday out of the garden, I couldn't wait to make it. I'm taking it to a friend who just lost her mother.
That looks delicious. What a nice thing to do with your first picking! I can't wait to get the first zucchini and yellow summer squash from my garden. :-)
Looks yummy! I will definitely try this one. Sounds like a fun camping trip. We are going again this weekend, but just the two of us this time. Headed north...close to the mountains...campsite by a creek. Hoping for a few degrees cooler weather. It has been in the 90's here since last week!
I love zucchini and use it in a lot of ways. From the yummy bread...and I'll have to try your recipe...to sauted, shish kabobs and I even cut it into cubes and pop into freezer bags to put in a pot of vegetable soup. Have a good rest of the week.
I am married to Rick (46 yrs.), mother to Justin and Jenna as well as MIL to Keelie and Jared. I am also known as Nanna to Jonah, Glory, Marlow, Molly, and Jackson. I have one brother, Jerry, and a sister, Marilyn, who is my best friend.
Looks great- We love zucchini cake-er-I mean, bread! xxoo Diana
