We had a pair that took up residence around our pond a few years ago and raised a couple of babies. It was fun to watch the youngin's growing up and swimming around in the pond behind the parents. Something eventually got one of the little ones. :( I've seen 3 land in the pond in the years since and have wondered if it were the same 3, but they don't stay long anymore.
Hi there sweetie, Looks like you could be in my neighborhood but we have the geese by the hundreds and so much poop-yuk. Just today I was somewhere driving and traffic was at a standstill because there were 6 crossing the road. Have a great afternoon. Noreen
I am married to Rick (46 yrs.), mother to Justin and Jenna as well as MIL to Keelie and Jared. I am also known as Nanna to Jonah, Glory, Marlow, Molly, and Jackson. I have one brother, Jerry, and a sister, Marilyn, who is my best friend.
Oh my goodness! Here in Texas?! I wish they'd stop by my place! :)
ReplyDeleteThey are just beautiful!
