Our Snowy Sunday
Texas Blogging Gals have been busy today. If you live elsewhere, then it might not be a big deal but it snowed here today. I know several of my blogging friends get it all the time and LOTS of it! So humor us as we have grabbed our cameras and taken a shot or two. I'm just sharing this one taken from my front porch this afternoon.
Oh that's beautiful! The leaves on the trees match the fence rails. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Do you live in the country? It is beautiful where ever you are!
ReplyDeleteSo lovely! THank you! We are waiting on the snow!!
ReplyDeleteOh yes we have been busy and playing in our Texas snow!! It is just beautiful and as my son said.."I love snow"...what a wonderful surprise!! Enjoyed your picture.
ReplyDeleteAs I live in Michigan I'm well aquainted with the snow...but a first snowfall is always a beauty no matter where you live.
ReplyDeleteWe are anticipating snow here in the middle of the night - in the piedmont area of North Carolina...we had snow on Christmas Day- something that had not happened since 1947! While I absolutely love the beauty of snow, I don't like the fact that I must still be out in it....and we don't know how to drive in snow around these parts! ;o)

I heard Texas was going to get snow today. Pretty isn't it? We are gearing up for 2 to 4" Monday night/Tues morning here in Mid MO. I love the snow!
ReplyDeletewe didn't get much...and it melted quickly...I'm just not looking forward to ice....
ReplyDeleteSo glad you got snow. My sister who lives pretty close to you has nice pictures of it too. At least it doesn't hang around. It looks so pretty.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty photo!! We did get some beautiful snow, but unlike yours...it didn't stick here in Cowtown, but it was beautiful to look at, and we do get excited when we get it don't we? Have a snuggly warm evening!! <3
ReplyDeleteSNOW!!! What SNOW??!!! We didn't get a thing in SE Texas, boo. Send it down our way. I could use a day off or two, HA!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks so serene in your photo - not so much in real life.
ReplyDeleteWe couldn't get up the driveway after church until it was shoveled off! It's beautiful, but I don't like to drive on it. Be safe tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHey from East Texas! We got some snow today, too! It was a nice short snow but got everything covered pretty well. It's fun, but I hope it doesn't ice over tonight!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful spot where you took your pic! Have a safe and non-slippery Monday!
LOL! Yes, we were very busy with out cameras. With very little snow compared to the rest of the country, we reveled in our little winter wonderlands anyway! Stay warm.
ReplyDelete"our" cameras, not "out" LOL!
ReplyDeleteWe woke up to snow in Georgia today! Woohoo.....snow day!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful picture! I live in So. Calif so we don't see too much snow unless we drive to it!
ReplyDeleteWe lived in San Antonio for 2 short years, and I understand what a big deal it is for ya' all! Enjoy every precious snowflake!
ReplyDeleteThat picture is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWe woke up to snow this morning too. I currently live in Tennessee, but was raised in Houston, so I know how fun those rare snows can be. Enjoy.
What a beautiful view! It's snowing here in MO as I type this. We're supposed to get 4-6 inches by tomorrow. Can I send some your way? ~Cheryl
