Ingredients
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1 t. soda
Mix first five ingredients. Then add flour and soda that has been mixed together. Make small balls and press with a fork on the cookie sheet. Cook 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe doubles easily.

I've lost 8 pounds this month... so cookies are not on my menu just yet... but hopefully when I reach my goal I can start making them again and keep my head about me. lol I wanted raw cake batter so bad yesterday I thought I would faint. Funny thing tho, no one has ever died from not getting raw cake. ? Go figure
Yeah, nothing better than a warm peanut butter cookie. I love peanut butter! I put it in my oatmeal this morning.
