Baggy Omelets, you are awesome!
Now ladies, this is a must. You have to go straight to the kitchen and make one!
Recipe Ingredients:
2 large eggs, beaten
sausage, bacon, or ham
any of your favorite omelet veggies
shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking instructions:
In a 2 qt. freezer baggy, put meat, veggies and cheese. Add eggs. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put baggy in a pot of boiling water for 13 minutes. Then just cut bag off and enjoy!
There are so many variations you could try depending on what you like and what's in the refrig. These come out just like a real omelet. You can make these before hand and just throw them in the water when you are ready. If you cook more than one at a time, you will have to increase the cooking time.
