I Got My Angel

Rick was my angel yesterday (remember my last post on "National Be An Angel Day?").


Although we might not have had such BIG smiles, we cleaned house together after church yesterday. I had really needed some help catching up! So...... Thank you, Rick! Love you!

    How nice! It sure helps when those 'angels' are by our side, dividing our work in half. :-) My hubby often offers to vacuum the rugs when we're going to have company. (hence the question from the kids when they were growing up if ANYthing was being cleaned: 'Who's coming over??'). Now I laugh about it; at the time, it was pretty annoying. :-)

    Oh Diana, it must be something in the water, my hubby did the same for me, vacuumed, dusted the lot - it was wonderful! There is nothing sweeter than a man who cleans ;)!! Hope you had a wonderful weekend!

    I loved this idea! I believe there are angels all around us - I know a lot of times I've had near misses and I know God sent an angel to help.

    I'd like to think I've been an angel to a friend some time too.

    The bathroom project has resulted in a light dusting of "stuff" all over the furniture and the wood floor. Does Rick hire out? I need an angel, too!

    I came home from work yesterday to find my house cleaned, even the oven...and sheets washed, beds made...I love it when my husband surprises me like that!

    Your quilts are so nice. I am envious of your sewing talent...
