So Simple


I wanted to make a dessert yesterday. I am sure we have all made a Lemonade Ice Box Pie many times. I don't know why I seem to forget about this simple, quick, and delicious treat. And what is better than a homemade graham cracker crust?!!!

    My mom made that pie when I was a kid and I've carried on the tradition! It is so cool and yummy! And you're right about the homemade crust. I could eat a piece right now!

    Your lemon icebox pie looks delectable. I should try that sometimes if it is heart healthy or I can make it heart healthy. I have actually never made one!! But looks great to me!!

    Oh dear, I suppose I am in the minority, having never made a lemon icebox pie but it sure looks yummy!
    How was your June? And isn't July just flying by way too fast? Today my new grandson is 1 month old! I can't believe it.
