Yes it is almost that season here. All my kids and their spouces can't wait to get on their motorcycles. That is six bikes and six to worry about..I think it's in their blood as my husband and I use to ride. Our favorite trip was the Blueridge Mountains
We have four boys and one dad who think life is all about caving. Rebekah and I used to do it too, but not the kind they do..covered in mud with their 'three sources of light'. Their toys are rifles, and bows and arrows, not motorcycles...but still...I can relate. I think the motorcycles would make me a wee bit nervous. :o) You are a brave woman!
My daughter, Rebekah, said she wants to have lots of boys when she gets married...they're so fun! I guess she should know, since she has four brothers. :o)
I'm sayin'. Hubby just loves to bring home things with VIN numbers. Not to mention the bulldozers, track-loaders and the last one was....ahhhemmm....a road-grater. I'm no sure why the Ponderosa needs a road-grater!!! Heehehehe!!!
I am married to Rick (46 yrs.), mother to Justin and Jenna as well as MIL to Keelie and Jared. I am also known as Nanna to Jonah, Glory, Marlow, Molly, and Jackson. I have one brother, Jerry, and a sister, Marilyn, who is my best friend.
don't ya love em...
ReplyDeleteDon't ask me why but that movie, I think it's called "Wild Hogs" just came to my mind. The hilarious movie with John Travolta.
ReplyDeleteLooking for adventure....in whatever comes your way....born, born to be wild...

I guess that would be equivalent to women and shopping! LOL
ReplyDeleteDonna,
ReplyDeleteNo I am not brave. He sold his bike and traded for a vette. I couldn't get over the fear of riding. He was a great bike driver; it was all me!
I've always heard "the only difference between men and boys is the price of their toys." BTW, I was thinking of Wild Hogs, too!
ReplyDeleteOh My Brian would have liked to be on that ride!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me! I look forward to getting to know you better.
ReplyDeleteAwe, they look so happy!
ReplyDeleteMy husband has a Harley. I don't need to say anything more. LOL
