Summing Up This Past Weekend
By Friday afternoon I had everyone here at the house. We ate, played cards, watched the Olympics, and loved on the babies! At one point during the evening, I sat down in the rocker at the back of the living room. As I looked around, I just quietly thanked God for everyone in that room and for the times we are all together.
Saturday morning Jared, Jenna, Marlow, Papa, and I went to Jared's favorite gun store. We had lunch after he did his shopping. Later, we all got back together at the house and had another meal.
Sunday's highlight was Jonah's baptism (previous post). We had lunch together at Justin and Keelie's. David cooked fish for the crew.
Yep, faith, family, and food! What a great weekend!
