Another ChaChink!
In my quest to use up things on hand, another project is complete. Chachink!
I had new pint jars, rings, and lids. I had peppers that Marilyn had given me. Put these with my love for El Chico's carrots, peppers, and onion relish, this girl is smiling.
I am smiling because, even though I was pushed for time, it's done. I'm smiling because Rick ran the veggies through the food processor for me! I'm smiling because the jars are sealed, and that is a very good thing.
Marilyn has previously posted the knock-off recipe on our recipe blog. If you are interested in it, go here. .
My husband would love this!
ReplyDeleteooo, don't those look pretty! Isn't it a great feeling to have that job done and all those nice jars sitting on your shelf. Good job!
ReplyDeleteyou go girl....

ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for stopping by my blog. It's always nice to make new friends. Your blog looks very inviting. I'll have to come back and read more!
ReplyDeleteI am going to go find that recipe, that is gorgeous. Thanks for your comment, and living 30 minutes from Lake Texoma, That is such a huge and beautiful lake. I wished we had been there in different circumstances because I loved the trees and the lake and it was still so close to town. We stayed there and we were about 7 minutes from the hospital. It was amazing. My Mom lived in Oklahoma but she lived about 45 minutes from there.
ReplyDeleteShe had a beautiful place too. My sister lives there now.
I like the music that is playing with your blog.
It always feels so good when you've completed a canning project plus yours look so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThey will be good for the entire year. I do miss canning.
Have a great day.
